      <image:caption>After Shaba Games released Spider-Man: Web of Shadows in 2008, we began work on a sequel of sorts, which would highlight many of Spidey's most notorious battles as written in the pages of the original comics.  This was my take on Mysterio.  My main inspiration was a desire to update the somewhat goofy design of the classic costume, and create a true villain.  When Beenox took over the project later that year, (which became Shattered Dimensions) they used this concept unaltered for their Mysterio boss fight.</image:caption>
